Q. How long does it take to get the rebate?
A. Rebate money is processed as soon as Gr8 Day Realty receives the funds. Usually 1-2 business days
Q. Can I use the rebate for a down payment?
A. No, the rebate money comes out of the sales commission paid to Gr8 Day Realty
Q. Why does Gr8 Day Realty give so much away?
A. Our buyers do all the work looking for the home they want to buy. We manage the offer and paperwork. We do not show homes like traditional Realtors.
Q. What if we only want to use some of the rebate toward closing costs?
A. The total rebate amount is 2.5% of the purchase price, what ever portion is not used will be paid out by check or direct deposit.
Q. What form of payment is used for the rebate?
A. Direct deposit to your checking account or paper check sent by mail. Buyer's choice.
Q. Are you only in Texas?
A. Yes, we only service Texas.
